Raw Material
There are various kinds of paper with different feature and thinness to meet your specific requirement, such as art paper, ivory paper, kraft paper, texture paper, woodfree paper, cardboard, and corrugated paper etc . Our packaging products are made out 100% FSC certified recyclable and environmental material, we also offer eco-friendly inks and glue. Love earth, love paper packaging products!
Printing Craft/Surface finish
Coating and lamination will change the look and feel of the finished products, and also increase the strength of the packaging and provide extra protection to scratches, abrasion or manipulation.
Gloss lamination： it’s a film applied to the box after printing, very slick and shiny
Matte lamination: it’s a film applied to the box after printing, shine-free but smooth.
Soft touch lamination: It has a true matte finish, very soft to the touch, this lamination is ideal for the high-class jewelry or beauty packaging products.
Gold/Silver foil stamping: This the process of applying a “foil” onto the box using a heated metal die and a press. producing the metallic foil effect, it’s a very good way to emphasize a logo and important design.
Spot UV: It’s a gloss film, using heat and pressure to a designated area of your box, be used after the matte lamination as usual.
Embossing: It creates a tridimensional raised pattern on your box. It is made by placing an embossing die in contact with the paperboard/paper under high heat and pressure.
Debossing: it creates a tridimensional depressed (or lowered) pattern on your box. It is made by placing an debossing die in contact with the paperboard/ paper under high heat and pressure.
